  • Providing accurate account information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • Keeping your email address and other information reasonably current
  • Activities performed through your account

By submitting an order, you authorize ChurchAVpro and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

Payment processing may be provided through services such as:

  • WooPayments
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal
  • Other payment providers offered at checkout

ChurchAVpro does not generally store complete payment-card information.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

ChurchAVpro may cancel, refuse, or refund an order when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Payment failure
  • Suspected fraud
  • Duplicate transactions
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Product availability problems
  • Other circumstances making fulfillment impractical or inappropriate

Many ChurchAVpro products are delivered electronically.

After a successful purchase, you may receive access through:

  • A download link
  • Your ChurchAVpro customer account
  • Email
  • Another electronic delivery method

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and account associated with your purchase.

ChurchAVpro will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to purchased digital resources but does not guarantee that every download or account feature will remain available indefinitely.

We recommend maintaining your own backup copy of purchased resources where permitted.

6. License for Healthy Production Resources and Other Digital Products

Purchasing a ChurchAVpro digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Unless a product specifically states otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials within your church, ministry, or organization for internal purposes.

Permitted internal uses may include:

  • Leadership development
  • Team training
  • Production ministry planning
  • Staff or volunteer meetings
  • Internal implementation
  • Completing worksheets or exercises
  • Discussing the material with members of your production ministry
  • Printing reasonable copies for internal ministry use

You May Share Within Your Own Ministry

ChurchAVpro understands that Healthy Production resources are designed to help teams, not merely individual readers.

A purchaser may therefore share purchased materials with appropriate staff members, leaders, or volunteers within the purchasing church, ministry, or organization when reasonably necessary to use the resource.

For example, a church purchasing a Healthy Production Playbook may use it with its production director, staff members, ministry leaders, and relevant volunteers.

You May Not Redistribute the Product

Unless ChurchAVpro gives written permission, purchased resources may not be:

  • Resold
  • Offered for sale
  • Posted publicly online
  • Uploaded to public or shared resource libraries
  • Distributed to unrelated churches or organizations
  • Distributed throughout a denomination, network, association, conference, or multi-organization group under a single purchase unless specifically licensed
  • Republished
  • Rebranded
  • Commercially reproduced
  • Included in another paid product
  • Used to create substantially derivative commercial training materials
  • Distributed through file-sharing services for access by people outside the purchasing organization

If you would like to use ChurchAVpro resources across multiple churches, campuses operating as separate organizations, networks, conferences, denominational groups, or training programs, contact ChurchAVpro regarding appropriate permission or licensing.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, ChurchAVpro owns or licenses the content made available through its websites and products, including:

  • Written content
  • Healthy Production methodology
  • Playbooks
  • Guides
  • Worksheets
  • Assessment content
  • Framework structures
  • Graphics
  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Videos
  • Training materials
  • Product designs
  • Website content

ChurchAVpro trademarks, branding, copyrighted materials, and proprietary resources may not be used in ways that imply endorsement, ownership, partnership, or authorization without permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of ChurchAVpro intellectual property to the customer.

8. Healthy Production Assessment

The Healthy Production Assessment is intended as an educational and organizational development tool.

Assessment results are based on information provided by the person completing the Assessment and on ChurchAVpro’s methodology.

Results may include:

  • Scores
  • Development stages
  • Priority areas
  • Resource recommendations
  • Suggested next steps

Assessment results are intended to provide perspective and guidance rather than an absolute or independently verified measurement of a church or ministry.

ChurchAVpro does not guarantee that an Assessment result will identify every organizational, technical, personnel, financial, leadership, or ministry issue.

9. Coaching, Consulting, and Professional Services

ChurchAVpro may provide services such as:

  • Consulting
  • Coaching
  • On-site training
  • Production ministry assessment
  • Systems evaluation
  • Workflow review
  • Project design
  • Equipment recommendations
  • Technical planning
  • Other professional services

These services may be governed by a separate:

  • Proposal
  • Statement of work
  • Service agreement
  • Project agreement
  • Invoice
  • Written scope
  • Other contract

If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding a specific service engagement, the specific written agreement controls for that engagement.

10. Recommendations and Ministry Decisions

ChurchAVpro provides professional opinions, education, recommendations, and guidance based on available information, experience, stated objectives, and circumstances at the time.

However, churches and organizations remain responsible for their own decisions.

This includes decisions involving:

  • Equipment purchases
  • System design
  • Staffing
  • Volunteer leadership
  • Ministry structure
  • Budgets
  • Construction
  • Electrical work
  • Rigging
  • Network infrastructure
  • Audio systems
  • Video systems
  • Lighting systems
  • Safety
  • Code compliance
  • Contracting
  • Project implementation

ChurchAVpro does not guarantee that a particular recommendation will produce a particular ministry, financial, technical, organizational, or performance outcome.

11. Technical and Safety Considerations

Church production environments may involve electricity, suspended equipment, rigging, structural loads, high sound-pressure levels, networking, construction, power distribution, and other potentially hazardous systems.

ChurchAVpro educational materials and general recommendations are not substitutes for work that legally or reasonably requires qualified professionals.

Where appropriate, churches should use properly qualified:

  • Electricians
  • Engineers
  • Rigging professionals
  • Architects
  • Contractors
  • Systems integrators
  • Network professionals
  • Safety professionals
  • Other licensed or qualified specialists

You are responsible for ensuring that implementation complies with applicable laws, codes, manufacturer instructions, venue requirements, and safety practices.

12. No Guaranteed Results

ChurchAVpro exists to help churches build healthier production ministries, but results depend on many factors outside ChurchAVpro’s control.

ChurchAVpro does not guarantee:

  • A particular Assessment score improvement
  • Volunteer recruitment or retention
  • Staff performance
  • Ministry growth
  • Financial savings
  • Increased attendance
  • Improved technical performance
  • Error-free services
  • Specific business or organizational results
  • A particular return on investment

Examples, recommendations, case studies, frameworks, and testimonials should not be interpreted as guarantees that another organization will achieve identical results.

13. Refunds

Purchases are subject to the ChurchAVpro Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Because digital products may be delivered immediately, refund eligibility may differ from physical products.

Generally, ChurchAVpro may limit refunds on downloadable products once access has been provided, subject to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

ChurchAVpro will make reasonable efforts to resolve problems involving:

  • Corrupt downloads
  • Missing files
  • Incorrect access permissions
  • Duplicate charges
  • Other genuine fulfillment errors

Service engagements may have separate cancellation, deposit, travel, rescheduling, or refund terms included in the applicable proposal or agreement.

14. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be calculated or collected when required.

You are responsible for taxes, fees, or obligations applicable to you except for taxes imposed directly on ChurchAVpro’s income.

Tax treatment may vary depending on location, product type, and applicable law.

15. Email and Communications

By making a purchase, creating an account, completing an Assessment, submitting an inquiry, or requesting support, you agree that ChurchAVpro may send communications necessary to provide the requested service.

These may include:

  • Order confirmations
  • Receipts
  • Download links
  • Account messages
  • Password-reset messages
  • Assessment results
  • Service-related communications
  • Support responses

Marketing communications are handled separately from transactional communications.

Where required, ChurchAVpro sends promotional email only with appropriate consent.

Additional information is available in the ChurchAVpro Privacy Policy.

ChurchAVpro websites may use or link to third-party services.

Examples may include:

  • Payment processors
  • Website hosting providers
  • Email providers
  • Social media platforms
  • Embedded content
  • External tools
  • Manufacturer websites
  • Recommended vendors
  • Other resources

ChurchAVpro does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, pricing, performance, or terms.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms.

17. Product and Website Availability

ChurchAVpro may:

  • Add or remove products
  • Modify products
  • Update digital resources
  • Change pricing
  • Update website functionality
  • Change delivery systems
  • Correct errors
  • Discontinue features

We may make changes without prior notice when reasonably necessary.

We try to keep descriptions and pricing accurate, but typographical, technical, or configuration errors may occur.

If an error materially affects an order, ChurchAVpro may correct the error, contact the customer, cancel the transaction, or provide an appropriate refund.

18. Availability of Digital Resources

ChurchAVpro may periodically update its digital products.

Unless otherwise stated, a purchase grants access to the version delivered or made available with that purchase.

A purchase does not automatically entitle the customer to every future edition, replacement product, expansion, course, subscription, or separately sold upgrade.

ChurchAVpro may choose to provide updates or revised versions at no additional cost, but doing so does not create an obligation to provide all future updates.

19. User-Submitted Information

When you provide information through a form, service inquiry, Assessment, testimonial submission, support request, or other communication, you represent that you have the right to provide that information.

Do not submit confidential information belonging to another organization unless you are authorized to do so.

Personal information is handled according to the ChurchAVpro Privacy Policy.

20. Testimonials and Case Studies

ChurchAVpro will not intentionally publish a customer’s identifiable testimonial, church story, photograph, logo, or case study as marketing material without appropriate authorization.

When permission is granted, ChurchAVpro may use the approved material in accordance with that permission.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, ChurchAVpro websites, digital products, assessments, and general resources are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

ChurchAVpro makes no warranty that:

  • The website will always be uninterrupted
  • Every feature will always be error-free
  • All information will be appropriate for every church or technical environment
  • Every recommendation will produce a desired result
  • Third-party services will remain available
  • Every resource will remain compatible with every device, application, or system

Nothing in this section limits warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChurchAVpro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of ChurchAVpro websites, products, resources, or services.

This may include loss arising from:

  • Business interruption
  • Lost revenue
  • Lost data
  • Equipment failure
  • Implementation decisions
  • Third-party services
  • Production failures
  • Inability to access a digital product
  • Reliance on general educational material

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, ChurchAVpro’s liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold ChurchAVpro harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of ChurchAVpro services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your unauthorized redistribution of ChurchAVpro intellectual property
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights
  • Your implementation of materials in violation of applicable laws, codes, or safety requirements

This provision does not apply where prohibited by law.

24. Termination

ChurchAVpro may suspend or terminate access to a customer account or service when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Fraud
  • Abuse
  • Unauthorized redistribution
  • Intellectual property infringement
  • Security concerns
  • Nonpayment
  • Material breach of these Terms
  • Illegal activity

Termination does not eliminate obligations that reasonably survive termination, including intellectual-property restrictions and payment obligations.

25. Privacy

Your use of ChurchAVpro is also governed by the ChurchAVpro Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how ChurchAVpro collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information.

26. Changes to These Terms

ChurchAVpro may update these Terms periodically.

When material changes are made, the Effective Date at the top of the Terms will be updated.

Changes generally apply prospectively.

Terms associated with a completed purchase or signed service agreement will not be retroactively changed in a way that removes rights already granted to the customer unless required by law.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the ChurchAVpro Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any applicable product terms or service agreement, constitute the applicable agreement regarding use of ChurchAVpro websites and general products.

For a specific consulting, coaching, design, or on-site engagement, a separately signed agreement or proposal may supplement or replace portions of these Terms.
