Because these products provide immediate access to digital information and intellectual property, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
1. No Refunds on Digital Products
ChurchAVpro does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products after purchase.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- The Healthy Production Framework
- Healthy Production Playbooks
- The 30-Day Healthy Production Reset
- Companion guides
- Worksheets
- Templates
- Downloadable resources
- Other digital educational products
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to digital information that may be delivered or made available immediately.
Once purchased, a digital product is considered delivered whether or not you choose to download, open, read, print, or use the material.
2. Please Review Before Purchasing
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description before completing a purchase.
Before purchasing, please confirm that:
- You are purchasing the intended product
- The product is appropriate for your needs
- You understand what is included
- You understand the product is delivered digitally
- You understand that the purchase is non-refundable

3. Technical or Download Problems
A technical problem does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.
If you experience an issue such as:
- A download link that does not work
- A missing file
- A corrupted file
- Incorrect account access
- A product not appearing in your ChurchAVpro account
please contact ChurchAVpro.
We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue and provide access to the product you purchased.
4. Duplicate Charges
If a technical error results in the same order being charged more than once, contact ChurchAVpro so the duplicate transaction can be reviewed and corrected.
Correction of a duplicate charge is not considered a refund of the original valid purchase.
5. Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued because:
- You changed your mind
- You decided not to use the resource
- You purchased the wrong resource
- You did not complete or implement the material
- The information was not what you expected
- Your church or ministry chose not to use the resource
- Your circumstances changed after purchasing
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions and ask questions before purchasing.
6. Results Are Not Guaranteed
ChurchAVpro resources are educational and informational.
Purchasing or implementing a ChurchAVpro resource does not guarantee a particular ministry, organizational, financial, personnel, technical, or operational result.
A lack of a particular outcome does not qualify a purchase for a refund.
7. Services
This Refund Policy primarily applies to ChurchAVpro digital products.
Consulting, coaching, on-site training, project design, systems evaluation, or other professional services may have separate terms regarding deposits, payments, cancellations, travel expenses, or rescheduling.
Those terms will be stated in the applicable proposal, agreement, invoice, or statement of work.
8. Applicable Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy despite this policy, ChurchAVpro will comply with those requirements.
